  Search Drivers. None of these methods has worked so far but I will try the media creation tool and update the thread above if it works but I do think that the BT adapter hasn't failed because every time I've restarted the Bluetooth turns on for about a couple of seconds before turning off or something. But whenever I reinstall intel drivers they don't appear in the device manager and any other installed drivers do not appear in the device manager either AND automatically checking for driver updates do not work so does the "browse my computer for driver software" I've restarted multiple times. Thoroughly research any product advertised on the sites before you decide to download and install it. Also in Bluetooth settings it just says Bluetooth is off without any option to turn it on, btw I have been through the services.

Try to add the Bluetooth device again. Try uninstall and reinstalling your Bluetooth drivers, look for any update and try to install the drivers from the manufacture Web Site.
